MARBLEHEAD and mdash; It pays to be a good boss. Samuel Hobbs was so good that in 1932 workers gave him, posthumously, a silver loving cup. More than 75 years later he's still getting credit for it. Paul Crosby, director of the Marblehead Counseling Center, found the cup in his building. The Hobbs Memorial Building was donated to the town in the 1930s by widow Lina Hobbs.
